As prescription lenses are bespoke and can't be returned or used again, we can only cancel your order for you if we haven't already made a start on your glasses.
If you haven't sent us your prescription, we won't have ordered your lenses yet and so your order can be cancelled for a full refund. If you have already sent your prescription, we may still be able to cancel for you, but you'll need to contact us quickly to stop the order!
