Whether you ordered in-store or online, we will have your pupil measurements and prescription stored on your customer file. So long as your prescription is still in-date (less than two years old), we have everything we'd need to go ahead with a new order for you!
Simply order online using the same email address you gave us last time, and your new order will automatically pull through to your existing customer file. If we have any questions about your order, we'll get in touch with you. Otherwise, we'll go ahead with the details we already have and we'll contact you when the glasses are ready!
