Your optician should have given you a signed copy of your full prescription after your eye test and this is what we need to go ahead with your order.
If you weren't given a copy of your prescription at the time or if it's gone missing, don't worry! All you need to do is contact your opticians by phone or email, and they should be happy to issue you another copy.
You can also place your order with IOLLA without your full prescription to hand. Just go through checkout as normal, and then when you are asked about your prescription, select the option to send the prescription later. This will keep your frame reserved and we'll await your prescription to go ahead with the lenses!
