You can order glasses for more than one person. However, each order must be placed under a different email address. Your email address anchors you to your customer file which holds information on your prescription and measurements. This therefore cannot be shared with anyone else as our system will begin your order as soon as we have everything that we need. If this information is already available, your order will be started immediately and if you were sharing an email address then this might not be made to the intended specification.
If you have shared a customer file in the past and would like to order again, please contact out Customer Support team on help@iolla.com and we will be able to assist you in creating a new customer file and transferring the the correct information.
