Yes! We offer replacement lenses as part of our Refresh service at £60 for single vision or £125 for multifocal. We also include a component check and extreme clean in this service. Please note that this service is only for IOLLA glasses at the moment.
How do I place my order?
You can place your Refresh order in-store or by contacting our customer support team. To order in-store, just pop in to see us in any showroom with your glasses and new prescription if you have one.
How do I send my frame back to be refreshed?
If you're ordering in-store, just take your glasses with you and leave them to us. If you're ordering online, there is a link you can follow from your order confirmation page which will allow you to generate and print a free Royal Mail returns label.
How long does it take?
Our lead time is 8-14 days from the date we receive your glasses and prescription. Once your glasses are fully freshened up with their new lenses, we’ll send you an email to let you know that they are ready to collect, or on their way to you if you have opted to have them posted out.
What if my lenses are fine but I want a new frame?
We can use your existing lenses and put them into a new IOLLA frame, but the new frame needs to be the same model as your previous one. We can help arrange this for you, pop in to one of our showrooms or contact our customer support team.
How do I know if I need new lenses?
Here are some of the reasons you might need new lenses:
- Your prescription has changed and your optician has advised you update your glasses.
- Your lenses have been scratched.
- The coatings on your glasses have broken up. This can happen over a long period of time, or if you have used something unsuitable to clean your lenses with which has caused the coating to deteriorate.
Do I need to send my measurements again?
Nope! We hang on to your measurements to make your Refresh order even easier! All we need is your frame, a copy of your up too date prescription and we’re good to go!
What happens to my old lenses?
Here at IOLLA we believe in avoiding the bin wherever we can. We’re currently working on other uses for your old lenses that wont impact the environment and in fact, will have a positive effect. We’ll keep you updated!
