Bespoke Orders
Once your prescription has been glazed into your glasses, these become a bespoke product and so are not technically eligible to return for a refund. Please see our website Terms of Use for full eligibility to return goods.
This being said, at IOLLA we are committed to our Happiness Guarantee. We exist to make you look and feel great so we would always encourage you to reach out to us if you aren't 100% happy with your products or our services.
Non-Bespoke
For non-bespoke goods bought online, such as non-prescription glasses or frames without lenses, you can return these up to 14 days from the day you receive them. As above, personalised/ bespoke products, such as prescription glasses are excluded from this.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have completed and attached a returns form found here.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Let us know that you are about to return the product then post this with its original packing (if possible) and returns form to:
