This being said, we would never see someone stuck with glasses that don't make them look and feel great so if you are not completely happy with your prescription order, please reach out to us.
For non-bespoke goods bought online, such as non-prescription glasses or frames without lenses, you can return these up to 14 days from the day you receive them. Personalised/ bespoke products, such as prescription eyewear are excluded from this.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You have completed and attached a returns form found here
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
