We exist to make you look and feel great so we would always encourage you to reach out to us if you aren't 100% happy with your products or our services. Please note that you must get in touch with us to report any problem within 90 days of receiving your glasses.
For non-bespoke goods, such as non-prescription glasses or frames without lenses, you can return these up to 14 days from the day you receive them. As above, personalised/ bespoke products, such as prescription glasses are excluded from this.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have completed and attached a returns form found here.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Let us know that you are about to return the product then post this with its original packing (if possible) and returns form to:

The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

With our new recycling programme, we're making it easy for you to recycle your old, damaged or unwanted glasses.
We accept glasses and sunglasses in any condition for recycling. Including frames, prescription and non-prescription lenses.
Once you've passed the products on to us, we cover all costs involved to recycle your glasses in the most responsible way, preventing any frames from reaching landfill.
Visit any of our showrooms and drop your IOLLA or non-IOLLA glasses and sunglasses in our Recycling Pods. You can also post the products to our address above, please be sure to complete a returns form to clearly indicate to us that the products in your parcel are to be recycled.
