For non-bespoke goods bought online, such as non-prescription glasses or frames without lenses, we allow you to exchange them up to 14 days from the day you receive them. To arrange this please email us on email@example.com.
Personalised/ bespoke products, such as prescription eyewear are excluded from this right.
If you are not happy with the fit of your frames, just pop into one of our showrooms and we can adjust the glasses to fit. If you don't live nearby, a local optician should be able to adjust your frames.
