For non-bespoke goods bought online, such as non-prescription glasses or frames without lenses, we allow you to exchange them up to 14 days from the day you receive them. To arrange this please contact our customer support team.
Bespoke products, such as prescription eyewear are excluded from this right.
If you've received your new glasses or sunglasses and aren't totally happy with the fit of your frames, often a simple frame adjustment is all that is needed! Just pop into one of our showrooms and we can adjust the glasses for you. If you don't live nearby, reach out to our customer support team for advice and we'll do all we can to help.
