For non-bespoke goods bought online, such as regular sunglasses or frames without lenses, you can exchange these up to 14 days from the day you receive them! To arrange this please contact our customer experience team.
Bespoke products, such as prescription glasses unfortunately do not technically quality to be returned for a refund or free exchange. This being said, at IOLLA we are committed by our Happiness Guarantee to make you look and feel great in your glasses. We would always encourage you to reach out to us if you aren't 100% happy with your products or our services and we will do everything we can to help.
If you've received your new glasses or sunglasses and aren't totally happy with the fit of your frames, often a simple frame adjustment is all that is needed! There's no need to book, just walk-in. There may be a short wait during our peak busy times. If you need dedicated, one-on-one support with issues you're having with your eyewear, you can book an aftercare slot for any of our showrooms. If you don't live nearby, reach out to our customer support team for advice and we'll do all we can to help.
