For non-bespoke goods bought online, such as non-prescription glasses or frames without lenses, you can exchange these up to 14 days from the day you receive them! To arrange this please contact our customer experience team.
Bespoke products, such as prescription eyewear unfortunately do not technically quality to be returned for a refund or free exchange. This being said, at IOLLA we are committed by our Happiness Guarantee to make you look and feel great in your eyewear. We would always encourage you to reach out to us if you aren't 100% happy with your products or our services and we will do everything we can to help.
If you've received your new glasses or sunglasses and aren't totally happy with the fit of your frames, often a simple frame adjustment is all that is needed! You can book an aftercare slot for any of our showrooms and we can adjust the glasses for you. If you don't live nearby, reach out to our customer support team for advice and we'll do all we can to help.
